This weekend a group of us headed to the Iten High Altitude Training Center. Runners from all around the world come to Iten to train so the facilities are amazing. Luckily, they also let normal people in to relax, mingle with the runners, and use their equipment/facilities.
We decided to rent mountain bikes from the center in the morning and headed for Bugar Forest.
